A man was arrested on Saturday at a downtown jewelry store when he allegedly tried to sell two Rolex watches police say were stolen from a Portland, Maine, jewelry store earlier in the day. Ryan Mrowka, 28, of 16 Mt. Kenney Drive, Biddeford, Maine, was arrested on a felony charge of receiving stolen property at roughly 4:15 p.m. when he was identified by store employees at Springer's Jewelers. Sgt. David Keaveny said Mrowka is believed to be the man who stole the two Rolex watches — valued at $8,100 —
